Hours and Operation
• Breakfast (included in the stay): from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., buffet
• Lunch: at 12 p.m., only for guests
• Dinner: at 8 p.m., for guests and non-guests (up to 19 people)
• All meals are by reservation, 24 hours in advance minimum
• Welcome cocktail offered to guests during their stay

Manu cooks alone, with intuition and passion.
His cuisine is local, seasonal, generous, colorful, and always inspired by the moment.
He draws his inspiration from:
• His travels in Asia
• Local markets
• French stews
• Summer tartars
In winter, we warm up with a comforting dish.
In summer, we nibble on fresh and vibrant dishes.
Everything is homemade, with love.

What we serve
At L’escale, his former restaurant, Manu was already refusing menus.
Everyone ate the same food, in the spirit of a table of honor.
And here, he perpetuates this philosophy: no à la carte menu, just a single meal, lovingly prepared every week.

Organization & Atmosphere
• Guests eat together, around large, convivial tables, just like at home
• People outside the gites have their own space, but in the same gentle and neat atmosphere
• Maximum capacity: 19 people seated
• Possibility of privatizing the Table des Elfes for a group (birthday meal, meal with friends, reunions, etc.)
